Until 2022, the firm was the leading Dubai member of MSI Global Alliance.

That reach is practical in matters where UAE advice must sit beside foreign structuring, asset ownership or enforcement issues. The firm’s record includes hotel and resort acquisitions in Libya, Sudan and Milan, real estate acquisitions for Kuwait and Germany-based closed-ended funds, and acquisitions in European jurisdictions.

Method

How we conduct matters

Early issue framing

We identify the governing forum, documentary gaps, limitation risks and commercial pressure points before choosing correspondence, negotiation, filing or transaction steps.

Document-led advice

Advice is tied to contracts, filings, authority requirements, correspondence and financial documents, not assumptions about what should have been agreed.

Senior supervision

Matters are led with direct involvement from senior lawyers, particularly where court strategy, arbitration procedure or transaction structure requires judgement.

Connected implementation

Where corporate services are required, ProConsult Corporate Services can handle formation and administrative steps alongside the legal work.
